Whatever role you can imagine filling, we don’t have, or seek, people that just do one thing – we all wear many hats. The more of the following activities you would be able to take part in, the better:
- Facilitation and Training
- Proposal writing
- Network administration
- Web design and usability
- Office admin and automation
- Public speaking
- Blogging about our work
- Project management
- Running demos for clients
We’re looking for people who can demonstrate that they are good at learning and like working as part of a team, including pair-working. You will be expected to participate in decision making processes within the organisation including strategic and management meetings.
It is possible to work from either our Cambridge or Brighton offices. We travel once a month to meet up with each other. There will be opportunities to work in less developed countries with us. If your primary motivation for working is financial reward this might not be the job for you! While we are committed to looking after our staff (each other), we recognise that we do not pay ourselves the commercial rate for our skills.
Our current terms for staff members are:
- £31,500K p.a.
- 35 hours per week.
- 6 weeks paid holiday plus bank holidays.
- Flexible working hours.
- Socially responsible pension package.
- Equal parental leave and pay for men and women.
We support part time positions where appropriate.
To apply, send us a copy of your CV or other description of your relevant experience, a description of why you’d like to work with us, and some examples of previous work.
Do get in touch if you’d like any more information. You can reach us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +44 (0)1223 967838.
We look forward to hearing from you. (Unless you’re a recruitment consultant! We prefer to keep it personal.)
